I haven't gotten a corned beef sandwich from here in at least 10 years or so but I happened to be in the area so I stopped in to grab a late lunch to carry out. It looked exactly the same inside as I remember... a little rough around the edges, no frills deli counter. I got my favorite combination... corned beef on rye with melted provolone, French's yellow mustard and a little mayo plus local favorites Utz chips and an ice cold Everfresh juice. The sandwich cost about 14 (which is more than twice than what I remember years ago) but I have to say... it was worth it! The sandwich was packed with warm, delicious Baltimore style corned beef and I could only finish half of it. The staff were pleasant; when I mentioned that I hadn't been there in years, the lady that rang me up asked, 'what took you so long?' with a smile. I'll definitely be back!
I always get the corned beef on Rye toast with Swiss cheese, light mustard, and raw onions. The portions are so enormous that I always have enough left to eat another sandwich later. The best corned beef in Baltimore! The staff is always friendly and polite. I just wish they were a dine-in restaurant because although the lines move relatively fast, the lines get extremely long, especially during the lunch rush, and my little legs start hurting.
I haven't been to Weiss deli in awhile. The line was long to order corned beef sandwich, which is a good sign. That means food is good. I enjoyed talking to the customers in line which helped with the long line. The corned beef sandwich was thick, juicy and good. Most corned beef sandwiches at Jewish deli's are 16.00 or more but this thick corned beef sandwich was only 12.95 what a great price. Make sure you bring your change to pay for parking. The staff was very friendly, the original Jewish guy who owned the store sold it but the quality of corned beef is still the same. If you want a thick, hot juicy corned beef sandwich try Weiss deli you will not be disappointed.
Man this place was right out of a TV show. You had to squeeze your way through patiently waiting customers, but waiting on food like that puts a smile on your face. Great service, line the length of the store, but you still were served promptly. And the food, amazing. Sandwiches so big I had to save some for later....and I never save food for later!!!!
Best cornbeef spot in Baltimore... They have a great singer there who serves the kosher hotdogs...
The line was out the door but I had a taste for a cornbeef on rye, provolone and mustard, so the wait was on. Got my sandwich and headed home. The aroma of the cornbeef, rye and mustard throughout the car was calling me all the way home. Amazing is what I enjoyed. The sandwich was huge, tender and still warm. I will return soon. Yes it was pricey but I desired it. Smiles.
This is a lovely family owned business with wonderful services they stay crowded. They offer seating if you enjoy sitting down enjoying your food you can place orders they uber eats also the desserts are to die for .perfect price for amazing meal. Also it's medium sized establishment but with all the clientele that they receive it looks smaller so if you are in a wheelchair, they will accommodate you, but I don't believe you'll be able to maneuver around the establishment comfortably
This spot has some delicious sandwiches and great flavors for drinks. Lots of seating available. The seating is needed because this place is packed with customers. The line moves really quickly so no need to worry. Parking is also readily available either in front of the restaurant or right around the corner in either direction. The sandwich makers are friendly, the hotdog man was friendly and the cashiers were friendly as well. The sandwiches were from 10 to 11.25 the drinks we picked were 2.50 they accidentally made both of my sandwiches with onions, but I didn’t realize it because I didn’t continue watching him make it.
